I also do as-built when a property owner gets red- tagged for something they built without a 

permit. 

So I go in to make sure its up to code. If not, I make appropriate changes to bring it 

up to code. 

I draw the plans based on what is there, make code compliant and get your drawings 

ready for the Planning Department.
