What the property owner is to expect from me when designing their house.
It starts with a site visit to meet with the owner to discuss the style of their new house.
I then go back to my office and do some brain storming. Coming up with a number of
ideas on how the floor plans could be, I once again meet with the owner to see if this is the
directions wish to take with design.
When the property owner is satisfied with the floor plan, I then go back to the drawing board
to complete all of the necessary elevation views that the project requires. Once the customer
is satisfied with both floor plans and elevations, I then go back and finish all of the detail
drawings and complete the set of plans .
Then it is back to the client for one last viewing and to get their ok for the final plans.
at this point the plans are finished and are ready to go to the Planning Department.
