I go to the residence to find out what the property owner wants and then see if
it can be done.
Meaning, if what they are wanting to build will work with what is existing.
If it looks good I go back to my office and brain storm. I come up with a couple of ideas and
go back to the property owner for viewing.
If everything looks good its time for me to
do the details.
One last time to the property owner for final viewing, if they are satisfied,
the plans are ready for the Planning Department.
